  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes! We accept Passport Marketplace, Passport Medicaid, UHC/Optum Behavioral Health Commercial plans, and UHC Medicaid.

  • What are your private pay rates?

    Our standard private pay rate is $145 per hour. We understand that finances can vary, so we’re happy to discuss flexible options and work with your situation on a case-by-case basis.

  • What is a good Faith estimate?

    A Good Faith Estimate gives you an outline of expected charges for your care when you’re not using health insurance to pay. If you request one, or if you schedule services at least 3 business days in advance, your provider is required to give you this estimate.

    If you prefer telehealth, please ensure you have access to a private, quiet space without interruptions.
